At Ignite Career Advancement, we believe that effective coaches use a process and methodology to guide the coaching experience. Our coaches are trained at Columbia University’s Executive Coaching Program, which offers a distinguished executive coaching curriculum and faculty comprised of thought leaders. At Ignite Career Advancement we offer no-cost, no-obligation, 30-minute consultations with prospective clients to determine if there is a good fit for an on-going coaching relationship. Our preference is to meet face-to-face with our clients in Manhattan, but if that is not possible we also host meetings on the phone or via Skype.
Based in New York, Colleen specializes in executive coaching and career transitions. By helping leaders maximize their impact and value, Colleen’s approach is customized to individual objectives and challenges. She partners one-on-one to set goals, identify measures of success, and develop an action plan for getting there.
Her clients build greater awareness of their strengths, weaknesses, and develop new approaches to become more effective leaders. Colleen completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program and is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in International Management.
Based in Connecticut, Maureen is an organizational and leadership development specialist. She facilitates 360-degree performance reviews to identify leadership capabilities and development needs, provide coaching and training solutions, and facilitate change.
Maureen enjoys working with clients to develop and facilitate training workshops that are highly interactive to ensure maximum engagement. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and received her Masters of Organizational Psychology from Columbia University with a concentration in Organizational Change and Consultation.
Based in Texas, Jonathan is a leadership development expert and executive coach. He has a passion for learning and helping others maximize their leadership potential. Jonathan brings lessons from over 25 years of experience leading in U.S. Army Infantry, Cavalry, and Armor units in a wide range of assignments, including leading soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Korea.
Jonathan completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BLS in Business Administration. Jonathan has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Arts Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University.
